Chittagong, June 20, 2006: In a bid to reach investors confidence and to uphold the efficient share trading service, Chittagong Stock Exchange and E.B. Solutions Ltd. has signed an agreement today at CSE to establish a much faster and smarter communication SMS service between CSE and the investors.
By virtue of this agreement, any Share related information and important business information regarding CSE would be disseminated in the mobile operators with customized formats under the joint supervision of EBS and CSE. This service is the first time ever in Bangladesh, people or institutions involved in Share Business are going to avail general updates and customized information updates of Share Market through SMS, MMS, GPRS and mobile applications.
Under this SMS service investors from any mobile operator can get share price information by sending a SMS to a special number. At the time of share trading hours, investors will get current live share price quotes, price sensitive information, dividend declaration information etc., and when in off trading hours investors also get close price share information through this SMS service.
